  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

    Therapy may be helpful when anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, or other patterns are affecting your daily life or keeping you stuck. Working with a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) offers a private, supportive space to understand what is happening and develop practical ways forward.

  • How can couples counseling help us improve communication and manage stress?

    Couples counseling creates a safe, supportive space for partners to identify communication barriers and work through conflict more effectively. I help couples express their needs, listen more openly, understand recurring patterns, and rebuild trust and connection.

  • How do I request a first session?

    Click Get started to open the secure client portal. You can view my current availability and request your first appointment online. The portal will also guide you through the next steps and intake paperwork.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. Individual therapy sessions are $195 for 50 minutes, and couples therapy sessions are $295 for 75 minutes. HSA and FSA payments are accepted. I can also provide a superbill if you would like to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

  • How will we meet?

    Sessions are held through a secure video platform. Before your appointment, you will receive the information you need to join online from a private location in Ohio.

    Life Success Counseling is a telehealth practice serving adults and couples located throughout Ohio.

  • How long are sessions?

    Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are 75 minutes.

  • Who do you work with?

    I work with adults and couples throughout Ohio. Many of my clients are lawyers, physicians and other healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and other high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or major life transitions.

  • What license and clinical training does Ashley have?

    Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Ohio
    A state-regulated clinical license that allows independent mental health practice. It requires a graduate degree, supervised clinical experience, and successful completion of licensing examinations.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

    Yes, I offer secure video sessions for clients located in Ohio.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice—and missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee.
